I think you should read up on Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi!. One of the most inspirational characters of the 20th century and (in my opinion) of all time!.

He was a major political and spiritual leader of India and the Indian independence movement as well as the pioneer of non-violent civil disobedience which led to the independence of India!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Sri Raja Gopala Chari who advised economic reforms with
international participation for the benefit of the both parties
way back in 1960 but Nehru favored public industries running under the authority of the government and they ran into loss!.
Rajaji is never bothered about what society thinks about him,
he is not after fame or political power!.He is balanced in his approach in freedom struggle because he has no self interest
unlike leaders like Nehru who are mad after power and fame
