Ohmygosh! My pre-AP assignment for 8th grade was on this!

The Cherokees, but Andrew Jackson said 'If John Marshall wants to rule that, let him follow it through!." He pretty much said "no" and Congress had a 2/3 vote to pass the Indian Removal Act, leading to the Trail of Tears!.
