Mexico!? No, they see it as a safety valve now!. A place where the poor can go and cause no trouble for the PRI and the elite and a source of income from those who have left!. Yes, they are some people like MEChA who want to "reclaim" California and the others states!. To be honest, many down there laugh at them!.
