There is a fantastic book by L!.R!.Poos,titled A Rural Society After The black Death; Essex, 1359-1535!.
I am sure GBD if you look up some reviews on it you should get plenty of info!.

If you visit the history section of your main library!.!.!.!.!.!.you will find out!. Am sure that is what your teacher wants!.
