The us didn't win anything!. We arrived shortly before the end; which was brought about by German troops being transferred from the Russian front to the Western front!. They brought back the spanish lady aka the spanish flu; which so decimated the german army it was no longer able to fight; thence the surrender!. Then allied troops carried the flu home to wherever and thus gave us a worldwide flue epidemic that killed more people than the war ever thought of killing!. Due to death and poor communications and records it can only be estimated that somewhere between 40 and 60 million people died from the flu!. The us army lost more men to the flu by accident than were killed or wounded in action!. Some of our military training camps in the us were really just death camps after the flu killed everybody!. Just imagine what it would be like today if the flu returned with all our world wide air travel and yada!. It isn't nice to honk off mother nature, she might really cause us some pain!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

the US did a very little amount in ww1, they only joined with one year left!. the main victors were Britain and France who both had been fighting from the beggining!. And what happend after they had won it, they forced Germany to sign the Treaty of Versailles, which inevitably led to WW2Www@QuestionHome@Com
