Definately parish priest!. people tended to stay close to home and all other church officials didn't want to mingle with the masses of common folk!. Too high up on the heirarchal chain to do something so low!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

During the medieval period the parish priests were the only people who even came in contact with everyday people!. All of the others held positions that were considered to be "above" dealing with everyday people!. also, the other groups were usually not located very close to most people that were not in higher standings!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
