I would have to say one of the ancient one, most probably Egyptian 5500+ years of know history, or the first known civilization Persian, (today's modern Iran), also bout same amount of time, 5000 - 5500+ years of History!.!.!.
Then Greek, and then Roman, also bout the same time as each other!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It depends on the type of history we're talking about here, archaeologists would give a different answer from historians!.

Based on how modern historians 'do' history, whichever country has the largest archival resources (that are untapped) would easily have the most history to study!. It's hardly representative but is how some people think, frequently archives will remain unavailable to foreigners for years or there isn't much interest then something will change and all of a sudden so does the history!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

All countries have history to study!. Probably the area around the Nile has the most history, in terms of the longest history, because that is generally regarded as the birthplace of humanity!. But there are other countries that have more interesting histories, more difficult histories and more convoluted histories!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

China has almost 5,000 years of history and has much to recommend itself as a choice of study !.
