Black people never changed, they have always been people of extraordinary strength and resolve!. As a population in this country they endured more than any group and have always survived and contributed to the good of all Americans!. What happened to them was the worst that could be done to a people and the result is the best!. Now we can say their endurance everyday is being rewarded!.

It was the environment that made progress so that anyone in this country could develop to their highest potential!. The few things done strictly for their benefit like affirmative action proved to be a mixed blessing!.

The fact that I am gratified to see a black man having a real chance at the White House shows that people from my generation still carry the weight of doubt!. Has the country changed enough, will Obama be safe in his campaign!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
