1!. Empress Theodora, wife of Justinian I!. She was said to have been so beautiful that people were literally stunned at her radiance!. Not only that, she was a devoted wife to Justinian, and was his strength and resolve to carry on through the Nika Riots!.

No one knows exactly what Cleopatra looked like!. There are existing busts and as far as they can be trusted she was not a real "looker"!.
