Hitler wasn't an American!!!!!

i'd say General M'Carthy - He perpetrated more crimes in his passion or rather paranoia of Communism!. He is the man the term MCarthyism (sorry if spelled incorrectly) is coined after!. you have to be a pretty infamous person to get an 'ism' at the end of your name!. He preyed on Americas fears of Communism during the cold war years, basically neighbours could call a hotline, and if you were considered to be acting suspiciously or it took was a phonecall and you would be arrested!. Mind you, no-one was allowed a trial during these years if you were arrested due to the suspicion of being a communist!. Your belongings and assets were seized by the government and sold to fight the war on Communism - hmmm anyone else find it strangely unnerving the similarities between the war on communism and the current war on terrorism!. Probably 20 years down the track we will know what unscrupulous techniques are being employed by the US government to fight this one!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
