I do believe that A is the correct answer!. Pres carter was/is the least effective president of my lifetime!. He got his clock cleaned on domestic issues as well!. He had a hit list of water projects he wished to stop and was unable to stop a single one of them!. Pres Carter was the candidate for "change" too and it did not turn out well for him!. Lot of similarity between Sen Obama and Pres Carter it seems, at least on the surface!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
