Canada did NOT remain neutral!. Canada is a protectorate of England!. Therefore, when England declares war, Canada declares war, at least in theory!. Though never renowned for its military strength, it did play a supportive roll in both world wars, even charging the Norman beaches on D-Day!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
