Unique way to present information about 1945-1949?

Question: Unique way to present information about 1945-1949!?

I have a decades group project in which we must present information about the time period 1945-1949!. What would be a clever way to share the information in a scene or act that is unique to the era!?

For instance, the team that did 1980-1984 did a TRL-esk show, for TRL premiered in 1984!.

Any ideas are helpful!

1!. Radio shows are still popular and main source of entertainment!. (little orphan annie, the phantom, the jack benny show)
2!. Movies - the pre-movie news reel that showed before all movies at the time!. 1948 is the first colour newsreel!.
