Question: In world war 2, how did the USA gain money!?

Except the Lend-Lease program, what did they did DURING 2WW to gain money, making their economy that good!?

Throughout WW1, and WW2, the U!.S!. manufactured arms that were sold to the European countries since all their factories were blown to bits, and their money was going directly to their soldiers for fighting!.

A lot of times, car makers turned into tank makers etc!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
