The Germans bombed the major english cities and england fought back against superior forces and won!. Bulge- was the Germans last chance of winning the war!. Using there Blitz stratigy they attacked the US surrounding them but due to lack of supplies they couldn't move forward!. Stalingrad- The germans in an attempt to secure the Russian oil feilds lanched a huge attack on the city!. The russians fought back hard and surounded the germans capturing hundreds of thousands!. Kurks- in an attempt to sucure the Russian oil feilds they the germans attacked!. The russians made many mine feilds and secured the plains of Kurks!. There was a huge tank engagement and the Germans hade to withdraw!. Battle of France- Germany used there Blitzgrieg to attack France and in six weeks took it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com The Battle of Britain was a series of air raids that took place over England!. Hitler utilized some of the most devastating and technologically advanced methods to try and eviscerate England without invading it!. The Battle of Bulge took place in Holland, Germany and the Netherlands during what was called "Operation Market-Garden"!. The allied plan was to invade Holland via strong paratrooper presence so they could prevent the destruction of bridges over the Rhine and other rivers, thus allowing tanks and expeditionary units to cross and engage Nazi strongholds!. Though some allies were able to cross the Maas early on, the entire advance came to a screeching halt at the Rhine!. The commando and airborne units were the sole soldiers in German territory when the Nazis counterattacked from the Siegfried line!. The German's were able to encircle allies and push a line of troops into enemy territory on overwatch of both sides!.
