Ghandi was killed by a Hindu who wanted Gandhi to end his "hunger strike" which He was doing to protest against the killing of Hindus on the hands of Muslims and Muslims on the hands of Hindus while migrating from their respective native areas to newly created two countries i!.e!. Pakistan and India!.

This migration remains the largest in human history as more than 4 millions human beings crossed the borders to reach their new homeland!.

During this process, the Hindus used the Sikhs to take revenge, as the Hindus were grieved on the partition of the country!. This killings caused 1 million people to face death and another 1 million remained missing (dead technically)!.

This migration saw the largest "mass kidnapping" of female folks, from 12 years old to 45 years!. These abducted women were kept behind in the old territories and were sexually abused!. 80% of these women were Muslims trying to reach newly created Pakistan!.

Muslim population had to migrate to Pakistan in far greater number than the non-Muslims who travelled to Indian areas!.
These suffering could have been smaller, had the Red Cliff Award been based on justice!.

Gandhi, on the pretext of showing his sympathies with Muslims (as there was a large number of Muslim members in "his" Indian National Congress"), went on the above mentioned hunger strike!.

One irritated Hindu could not bear it and opened fire, thus ending the life of Gandhi!.
