Throughout history Europe and Asia took remarkable leaps of science and technology as well as struggles of the many facets of ideologies in government!.
Without the influence of other developed countries, would most Africans live a primitive life!? Why do they lag behind in the advancement of their own civilization!? What did Africa achieve!?Www@QuestionHome@Com Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I think if left to itself, sub-Saharan Africa would have continued largely as it was before the Europeans came in: tribal, and, by our standards, primitive!. Remember, Africa north of the Sahara was and still is tied culturally to the Middle East!. They developed along the same path as the Levant and/or Europe!. There's actually several reasons as to why Africa lags behind!. Part of it is resources!. Tropical Africa is unsuited to growing crops like we do, because the climate is very hot and the soil is not particularly fertile for crops!. Africa gave the world ideas about astronomy (from Egypt)!. There's more, but I can't think of it off the top of my head!.
