First: They were fighting on they land, and they use landscape and enviroment as a weapon against US!.
Second: They got help from the Soviet Union!. In fact the only 16 planes the Vietcom got were MIG 21, a soviet plane!.
Third: Tunnels, the Vietcom used tunnels to move trops and supplies!. The Ho Chi Minh trail, that runs over Cambodia and Laos help the Vietcom to move the trops without get kill by the US bombs!.

they were fighting a battle for the people they protected there own country men and after 3,000 years of war read (like of fire) they new that eventually they would drive out the invaders as they had done many times before, they were a peoples army meaning that anyone person could be a solder and a farmer at the same time!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
