i no a little about him!.!.im pretty sure he was a delegate from virginia who went to the Constitutional convention (where delegates from each colony met to revise the articles of confederation and ended up creating a whole new constitution) i might have the wrong man but i think he was against the constitution because it didnt include a bill of rights yet, so people's rights werent spelled out on paper and the government could take advantage of them!. he might have writtne the vriginia plan ( a plan for the government with two houses where # of delegates were based on population, this plan favored larger states) but im not relly 100% sure srry !!!Www@QuestionHome@Com
