For the monarchs, religion was a way to justify the search of gold!. for the explorers they searched for wealth and glory!.

yet there were the Calvinist and protestants that left Europe for the us in search of religious rights!. they were all influential but it is fortunes that gave the largest incentives and ways to leave the old world!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

the three main sources were to spread their religion (prodestans)
to find riches and items like furs, spices, or gold
