Blitzkreig is German for "lightning war"

It is the term used when referring to the WW1 blitz in London where zeppelins were used to bomb London

alright sry i learned all this in a german school but it should be the right spelling^^ The Blitzkrieg was germany's atemt to weakn britin through bombing it the entire attack only lasted for a couple of hours and destroied a larg part of britian but didn't weakn it and i think they missed mostly all of the targets!. The first western eupropian democratic attempt was i think the weihmarer Republic and that's about everything I know Sry it wasn't more!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Blitzkrieg means "lightning war"!. It was a tactic used by the Germans where armor would make rapid advances and capture territory!. The armor was supported by infantry, instead of the way it was done previously where infantry was supported by armor!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
