Question: Does anyone know if Stalin spoke any English!?

Anyone know!? If he didn't, he must have had interpreters when he met with Churchill and Roosevelt!. But has anyone heard anything about whether or not he spoke it at all (or any other foreign languages, for that matter)!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think he spoke very little if any English!. Valentin M!. Berezhkov served as an interpreter for Stalin at the conferences Stalin attended with Roosevelt and Churchill!. His native language was actually Georgian but he started learning Russian when he was about 9!. He had a thick Georgian accent and was frequently mocked at school for it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Don't think he knew much - but he did spend some time in London in 1907, so he may have been able to order a vodka or twoWww@QuestionHome@Com
