I would choose to advise Augustus Caesar, first real emperor of Rome after the dictatorship/triumvirate of Julius, because to be a part in the establishment of the imperial code of laws and custom that continue to be the basis and influence of western political theory and practice to this day would give me a chance to insert more socialistic and egalitarian policies!.
