People to blame - Hitler (dddduuuuuhhh) he invaded Poland which went against three terms!. The Nazi-Soviet pact, the will of the Poles and Appeasement (he had been refused land in Poland after he had taken most of Czechoslovakia)
- Neville chamberlain/Albert Lebrun for holding an appeasement with Germany!. By doing this it was showing these countries were willing to back down to Hitler and give him what he wanted, it also made it look like they had little power and were scared of him, so if intimidated by him they would give him what he wanted!. They weren't firm enough with him and in the end war happened anyway (appeasement was to prevent war)
-Franklin Roosevelt/Woodrow Wilson both failed to take part in European politics!. America was the greatest power of the time and would of certainly made Hitler back down if they had been apart of European politics, they even created the LON, but did not join!. If they had joined the LON and euro politics then Hitler certainly would not have been as powerful (after WWII they made a commitment never to no join in with European politics again)

Causes of WWII + links - Appeasement!.!.!.!.!.Expansion (Hitler wanted to expand), foreign policy (with Britain and France), militarism (under appeasement Hitler could have a navy 1/3 of the size of Britain’s (Britain had the biggest navy in the world)
Anti communism!.!.!.!.!.Nazi soviet pact (Hitler feared Poland would become communist!.!.!.!.!.everyone hates the commies), foreign policy (everyone hates communism, would prefer to support Hitler then Stalin, this then links with appeasement to an extant)

1!. Argue how many people were to blame (remember to include Stalin and communism, I forgot to/CBA to mention it)
2!. Hitler’s aims(you should include at least 6, I have given 6) were to build up the German army(so he could fight, many argue that this was hitlers plan from the beginning), to expand Germany under lebensraum(so he could have a massive German empire, at one point he also wanted the British to be part of the German empire because we looked like Aryans!.), to unite with Austria under Anschlus(unite his home country and get more power and arms, this had been banned under the TOV), to completely economically recover from 1929(so he could make Germany a superiorly wealthy country), to eliminate all enemies(so he could become superior leader), to create a race of perfect Germans(to fight),to achieve a successful foreign policy(so he could gain support) these led to unallowed invasions so on and so fourth
4!. It made Germany angry and wants revenge
5!. It economically and socially ruined GermanyWww@QuestionHome@Com
