You can't!. However, that doesn't stop the Argentinians from trying to take it by force!. The Brits are pretty lucky that their carriers didn't go down from those Exocet missiles though!. Why should they claim it!? They didn't want it before British people went there!. It was only some militant leader who needed a war to be popular that started taking it over before and got conscripts to go over there!.
