The Kent State Four did not die in vain!. They helped change a nation's mind about an injust war!. The troops did their best but Lyndon Johnson was lying to the American people about the war!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

well 2 of them were "just passing by" and happened to be shot, but the other two did die with purpose ]-- the students were protesting the Vietnam War, and the events at Kent State did lead to more protest and spread of the ideas, so technically it's half and half, but if you want, it's justfyable!.
