Question: Spelling!?!?

Do you spell Joesf Stalin like i just wrote it or Joseph Stalin!?
I have seen it spelled both ways but in my history book it is spelled Joseph!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Strictly speaking it is Iosef Stalin - Иосиф Сталин (????? ??????? Georgian spelling )!. But the standard way of spelling it (in English English) is Joseph!. I think it's the same for American English as well!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
