I remember that in the 80's they taught us how to spell, how to write so that someone else could understand it, how to read a book, how to go OUTSIDE to play, how it was safe to go almost anywhere without an adult, how it was safe to hitch-hike, how schools did not close due to a threat of snow, how parents were allowed to discipline their children, how teachers failed you if you did not learn the required material, getting up to change the channel on TV, houses with one bathroom, baseball tickets for $5, having to remember phone numbers, school spirit, smoking almost anywhere, TV with only 3-5 channels that were off at 1 A,M!. on weekdays, pants that were worn around your waist, virgins (male & female), smoke was $25 - $40 an ounce, friends for life, concerts for $10 - &20, BUT DON'T GET ME STARTED!!!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com
