Virginia Dare, was the first child born in America to English parents, she was also part of the group of who disappeared from the Roanoke Colony in 1587 or 88!. But as America was at that time a British colony, IDK if you could consider her the first American!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

We don't have birth records on the native Americans, so the true answer is unknown!. The first child born in the Americas to English parents was Virginia Dare!. However, the Spanish came to the Americas before the English!. Only Virginia Dare is known as the 1st child born here to English parents!.
