European Kings - even Charles I, even Louis XIV - ruled according to law!. If you want a tyrant you need to go to Russia or Turkey!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think the answer is defined by British, French and German history!. Is a tyrant a tyrant because we live in a different society these days!? Or is a title "tyrant" the opinon given by his followers / citizens!? Victms of war or taxation!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
