no body is president or king, there is no government!. since the north pole is in the arctic and the arctic is not land, but just ice, there is no government!. same goes for Antarctica (south pole), even though this is a continent, there is no government because no one lives there however there is an Antarctic Treaty System signed by 46 countriesWww@QuestionHome@Com

The North Pole is under the middle of the Arctic Ocean and is considered in international waters!.

The continent of Antarctica (and thus the South Pole) is considered owned by all nations for peaceful exploration!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
