You would have to go back to the days of the Czars to answer that!. I am assuming you want to know what would be considered a new nation and why!. Not just a list!. So I will try to explain!. If you don't like it just give me a thumbs down!. Imperial Russia was not unlike our history in the past!. Except it expanded east as we did west!. In the process Russia took over a lot of older nations and tribes!. Incorporating them into their Empire!. By force!. The conquered did not like it any more than the Amerindian tribes here!. The Soviets just continued the process!.!.!.When the USSR ended it broke apart and these areas became new countries at least on paper!. But the bear is still very close and they don't want to offend it in many ways!.!.!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Of course, strictly speaking NONE of them are "new"!.
They all existed in historical times but gradually were absorbed within larger empires over the centuries!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
