I know they are not ruled by an emperor, but they have justice (they are a democracy) intelligence (they most informed country) Military (they have millions in the armed forces) land (one of the biggest countries and have territories in the pacific islands) tehnology (self explanitory) the Us started out 13 little states in less than 200 years, they had expanded to 50!.
