It used to be a city of 50,000 people!. But after the meltdown its been completely deserted because there are radioactive pockets scattered everywhere, no one can move back!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

No - there's a little town called Pripyat nearby where some folks live!. Most of them are pretty old, but some are even coming back!. I'm sure you can find something on line!. I know I've seen a show on it - try PBS!.org or TheHistoryChannel!.org!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
