First, write them down, properly illustrated, then register them with the Patent Office!. That's your protection against someone else stealing your idea!.

first, you yourself should build these inventions or contact someone who can make a working prototype of the invention!. Make blueprints and the such!. Not knowing what kind of inventions you thought up I can't point you in any true direction, except to call around to find engineers with experience in whatever the invention is for!. then patent the invention via the patent office!. after this, you could find a company to sell the invention to or to i guess lease it to!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
