Question: How did the electric battery affect europe in 1799!?
Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
In 1799 electrical batteries were experimental and had no real commercial use!. It was in 1799 that the term Volt (after Alessandro Volta the Italian physicist) was first coined as a measure of electrical potential!. Volta effectively invented the battery, although he did think that the power was unending!.

Proper commercial batteries were not in common use until around 1836 with the invention of the Daniell Cell!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
