E) Like most military dictatorships, Franco and his Spanish Fascists had to fight against a group of people who opposed them (the Anarchists, Socialists, Communists, Social Democrats), and yes the support from their fellow Fascists in Germany and Italy helped!. After the civil war, Spain was worn out!. Franco was in power and cut a deal with the Nazi's basically saying, leave us alone we've had a enough war, what will it take to keep us out of WWII!? Answer was support Hitler and send a few troops (which they did)!.
