You mean besides the mass extermination of Jews, Gypsies, intellectuals and homosexuals, right!. People with physical and mental disabilities were also killed!. Hitler would not have thought of these as mercy killings!. He was trying to create what he defined as a "master race," people who were perfect--but he had a pretty warped idea of perfect!. He wanted to get rid of anyone who did not fall into that category!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Never heard that, but that doesn't mean it didn't happen!. Near the end, he ordered a scorched earth policy by ordering that bridges and much of the infrastructure be destroyed!. I don't believe that much of these orders were carried out, party, due to Albert Speer's efforts!.

If any mercy killings were carried out it was in the bunker at the last and the children of Joseph Goebbels and maybe Eva Braun, if in fact she actually committed suicide after marring Hitler and not fleeing!. Some people have claimed to have seen her in Tibet in the late 40s or early 50s!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
