Yes, when the Soviet Union fell apart a lot of chaos insued, but bringing back the Soviet Union will not solve any of the problems!. The reason the Soviet Union fell was because of the poor practices of that country's government!. When people learn how to manage an economy (by leaving it alone!), many problems will be solved!.
