He lived 1137 to 1193 so he was 56 when he died!. He was born at Takrit in what is now Iraq, also the birthplace of Saddam Hussein, but unlike Saddam, Saladin was born of Kurdish parents!. He died in Damascus, Syria!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
