The cold war began After WW2 because Stalin did not want to give back the lands he conquered while pushing back the Germans back to Berlin!.!.therefore, the U!.S!.A considered that a threat to the world because they were a communists country and would not reveal their information on what they were conducting, experimenting, or building!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
