The Treaty of Versailles of 1871 mark an end in Franco-Prussian War and it was a Germans victory in a war between Germany and France!. The German held their celebration at the Palace of Versailles!. The French felt humiliated and they wanted revenge!. The French had their revenge after World War I when the Treaty of Versailles of 1919 were signed!. The Treaty of Versailles of 1919 was harsh to Germans and Germany!. But then, after the Treaty of Versailles of 1919, it was Germans and Germany that were revengeful as the Treaty of Versailles of 1919 was harsh and it was humiliating!.
