I'm writing a story about a 14 year old girl who lives in what would now be known as western Montana!.
I need to know anything and everything about life at that period for a 14 year old girl and her family!.
also, how they would normally dress, and their manners!.
I would like to know about school at that time, too!.
I live around the Spokane/Couer D' Alene area, so if you know of any areas around there where I could find old pioneer journals, letters etc, I would forever be in your debt!.
