Good question!. The Black Plague made people think about death a lot!. They became very fatalistic!. This was the age of the "momento mori" (remember that you will die) and lots of suffering Christs on the Cross!. Some, of course, adopted a "
live for today" mentality like that seen in Boccaccio, but most, I believe, became grimmer and more focused on day-to-day life!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
