Arabic language has been spoken only since 8th century BC!.
Sumerian language has been spoken since 4th millennium BC, the same with Proto-Elamite and Proto-Semitic languages!.

So it had to be the Proto-Afro-Asiatic language, which at the time wasn't split into other languages!.!.!.this happened sometime in 4th millennium BC!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

7000BC was so far before written language, all that existed were pictographs and other forms of pictorial means of telling stories!.

Who knows what language was spoken!?

But this much seems to be known about later periods--
