Fist of all !.!.!. I would share this information with someone I cared deeply about!. So I would have someone to talk too!. My family and my friends!. And then I would try to act as normal as possible so as not to bring their spirits down!.
I have a little knowledge of this as for a while a couple of years ago, I thought I was terminally ill (I had breast cancer and had to have a mastectomy) - I found myself comforting my grown up children rather than the other way around!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Good question, depends if the illiness was fast spreading or not!. I think being a guy I would try and keep it in for a few weeks but then life would get to complicated living with that disease and carrying on day to day life, so i would break and probably tell my parents and best friendsWww@QuestionHome@Com
