On April 6, the plane carrying the presidents of Rwanda and Burundi was shot down!. Both the RAF and the Hutu have been accused of this, but elements of the military cooperated with the Hutu militias during the killings, so some Hutu element certainly carried out the killings!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
