I have to create a pamphlet for the people of Russia, China, or Persia that persuades them to appreciate their Mongol governors!. Anyone got any creative ideas!? bes ideas get 10 pts!.

That's bloody great!

Read a book called "Genghis Khan and the making of the modern world" by Jack Weatherford!. He follows Genghis from being basically a beggar boy left to die by his camp to his conquest of most of Eurasia to it's eventual loss at the hands of his heirs!. Great read and quick!.

He also tended to leave the regional governors in place if possible provided that they accept the Mongols as overlord!. GK was big on innovation and ideas, encouraged the sciences, philosophy, artisans, religious freedom, international trade and communication with the first postal service, paper money and a bunch of other stuff I can't recall off the top of my head!.

Oh, how bout a recruitment flier for artisans, like metalsmiths, sculpters, glass things like that!. Or science types looking for a bit of creative freedom and funding!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
