There's quite a few ancient American civilizations that could fit the description, but really the only direct evidence is the Book of Mormon, and one has to choose to believe it first!. :)

By the way there is also a part where it explains about somebody's comment!. I don't know if it was yours about Jesus and Satan being brothers!.

Something I agree with was the comment about many of us not really knowing the doctrine but just being there because we want to be good people and do what seems right!.

I myself sometimes wonder if I know enough about my own religion but my answer is always the same!. When I pray to God I get my answer in a different way!. I'm not a scientist and neither I want to or even pretend to be one!. I feel that it is right and that's all that matters to me!.

God is someone we can't really know for sure exist and the only thing that can make us believe is what we feel in our hearts when we pray!.

As far as I'm concern I'm happy that I got an answer to where I came from!? what am I doing here!? and where am I going after I die!. When I put it together it makes sense, when I pray I feel it's right!. I take that as my answer!.

Whatever you do with your life please don't talk bad about the mormon church!. If you don't believe in it move on with your life and let others be!.

Once my bishop told me that we are in a learning process and just like a baby shouldn't try to walk when he/she is only a couple of months old we shouldn't try to find out everything before we are mentally ready to handle what we might find!.
