Aside from painting he did complete the first sketch of the Volkswagen beetle!. He also had a flare for the dramatic!. A German Playwright and aristocrat named Ekcard helped him develop his public speaking persona in which enabled him to whip the huge Nazi crowds into a frenzy!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Amazingly, he had a yacht, kept it in Kiel I think!.
Was taken back to the UK after the war, and kept in Newcastle, I think!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

He like watching films, especially American ones!. But on the whole, he really had no outside interests except architecture!. He fancied himself a painter and artist, but was rejected by the Vienna School of Art twice!.
